Website Design and Development
Thank you for your enquiry regarding creating a website and backend functionality for BRIGHT Med Platform. It sounds a rewarding and innovative project and it would be a pleasure to be able to support you with this. I have worked through and considered all the points shared in the word document and the proposal below will include all mentioned functionality.
My recommendation would be to use WIX as the platform due to the prebuilt community modules we can utilise and combine to achieve the scope. Proposed Services
Design and build to your specification detailed in the provided word document, only complete when both parties are fully satisfied.
Including a Member/Clinical Portal with supporting databases to collect and store member info, a public page promoting the service and a Corporate Sponsors area.
Site optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet.
On-site SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) completed to support appearing in relevant internet searches.
A Full handover to cover all aspects of maintaining the site.
One-month full support for questions, amendments and developments.
Bridge Digital will always aim to be flexible with any development of scope as the project progresses and where possible will complete within the agreed quote.
Project Cost
£1,800 (I am not currently VAT registered). £120 paid direct to WIX for 12 months premium hosting.
Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)
From Year 2: Hosting – circa £120 from year two (paid direct to WIX, prices are set by WIX and may increase).
Domain name – circa £20 annually (paid direct to your domain host).
Proposed Timeline
Proposed Start date: 2nd June 2025
Stage 1 – Website Design and Build
Utilising provided branding, assets and content, Bridge Digital UK will schedule a two week period starting from the 2nd June to design and build a fully functioning version of the website, optimised for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site will be shared for review and feedback.
Stage 2– Amendments
We will work together to develop the site based on your feedback until it meets all your expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments.
Stage 3 – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and finishing touches
At the point of the desktop and mobile site being approved, Bridge Digital UK will add all on-site SEO data, including meta titles, meta descriptions, defining H1-H5 header tags, adding alt text to images and ensuring agreed keywords are present in the site content.
Stage 4 – Handover and support
The site can now be published and connected to the domain. The process to request Google to Index the website will be performed and a handover video call will be scheduled to ensure you are setup to manage the website moving forward. After this meeting, a one month support term will commence to cover additional amendments.

Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.

Next Steps and Terms

If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%
