Hi Dave, It was a pleasure to meet with you both today and discuss your specialist Trust templates platform. Please find below details of the service and associated costs to achieve the specification described. If there are any areas I can clarify in more detail, please feel free to get in contact anytime. If you would like to explore the functionality of prepopulating the templates with customer submitted data, I can discuss with my developer and confirm if this is possible and any additional cost (I would expect this to be around £120). My only initial concern is maintaining the security of the documents in the process of adding the dynamic content and emailing to the customer, as would potentially have to be performed outside of WIX.

Proposed Services

•Design and build to your specification, only complete when both parties are fully satisfied. •Setup of E-Commerce functionality with templates securely behind a paywall. •Connection of Payment Gateway to accept online payments. •Setup and customisation of all automated emails on purchase of a trust template. •Site optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet. •On-site SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) completed to support appearing in relevant internet searches. •A Full handover to cover all aspects of maintaining the site. •One year WIX premium hosting. •One year domain registration of your choosing. •One-month full support for questions, amendments and developments.

Project Cost

£770 (I am not currently VAT registered)

Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)

From Year 2: Hosting (paid direct to WIX) ~ £110 (inc VAT) per year, as of Jan25 (prices set by WIX). Domain name (paid direct to domain name host) - ~£25 (inc VAT) per year (prices set by domain host).

Proposed Timeline

Proposed Start date: 17th February 2025 Stage 1 – Website Design and Build Bridge Digital UK will schedule a two week period starting from the 17th February to design and build a fully functioning version of the website, optimised for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site will be shared for review and feedback. Stage 2– Amendments We will work together to develop the site based on your feedback until it meets all your expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments. Stage 3 – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and finishing touches At the point of the desktop and mobile site being approved, Bridge Digital UK will add all on-site SEO data, including meta titles, meta descriptions, defining H1-H5 header tags, adding alt text to images and ensuring agreed keywords are present in the site content. Stage 4 – Handover and support The site can now be published and connected to the domain. The process to request Google to Index the website will be performed and a handover video call will be scheduled to ensure you are set up to manage the website moving forward. After this meeting, a one month support term will commence to cover additional amendments.

Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.
You may opt for:

  • Pay-as-you-go support, charged at an hourly rate with capped pricing for peace of mind.

  • Pre-agreed blocks of support hours or fixed-term support plans.

Next Steps and Terms

  • If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Before the start date: 50% of deposit refunded

    • After the start date: deposit non-refundable

    • If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%

  • Final balance due on project handover.
