Thank you for your enquiry regarding the creation of a website for H-SKIN. It would be a pleasure to support you with this important initiative and deliver a platform that provides valuable resources and information for clinicians across the country on hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

12 months of WIX website hosting.
Full handover covering all aspects of website editing and management.
One-month post-launch support for questions, amendments, and developments.
Project Cost
£1,020 (Bridge Digital UK is not currently VAT registered)
Optional Add-on:
Two years of website support, including all updates and amendments — £1,440
Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)
WIX hosting: £115/year (incl. VAT, paid directly to WIX — as of July 2025)
Domain name: ~£25/year (incl. VAT, paid to your domain registrar)
Proposed Timeline
Start date: 18th August 2025
Stage 1 – Design & Build
Using your provided branding, content, and assets, a two-week build phase will begin from the start date, resulting in a fully functioning website optimised for all devices. A preview will be shared for feedback.
Stage 2 – Feedback & Amendments
We'll work collaboratively to refine the website until it fully meets your expectations. There is no limit to the number of amendments during this phase.
Stage 3 – SEO & Final Touches
Once the final design is approved, on-site SEO elements will be implemented, including meta titles/descriptions, H1-H5 tag structure, alt text, and keyword integration.
Stage 4 – Launch & Handover
The site will be published and connected to its domain. We will request indexing by Google, and a handover call will be arranged to walk through the admin features. One month of support follows for additional adjustments and questions.
Future Website Support
Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.
You may opt for:

If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

Before the start date: 50% of deposit refunded

After the start date: deposit non-refundable

If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%
