Thank you for your time today discussing the website for your private dermatology clinic.
Please find below a summary of the proposed service to deliver the specification we discussed. I will always provide flexibility as the project develops and only a substantial leap in scope would require additional costs.

Proposed Services
Fully custom design and build to your specification - work is only complete when both parties are fully satisfied.
Responsive site design, optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
On-site SEO setup to help improve visibility in relevant search results.
12 months of WIX or WordPress website hosting.
Full handover covering all aspects of website editing and management.
One-month post-launch support for questions, amendments, and developments.
Project Cost
£1,140, I am not currently VAT registered.
Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)
Hosting ~ £120-£200 (dependent on platform chosen)
Domain name (paid direct to domain name host) ~£25 (inc VAT) per year (prices set by domain host).
Proposed Timeline
Proposed Start date: 25th May 2026
Stage 1 – Website Design and Build
Utilising branding and content provided, Bridge Digital UK will schedule a three-week period starting from the 25th May to design and build a fully functioning version of the website, optimised for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site will be shared for review and feedback.
Stage 2– Amendments
We will work together to develop the site based on your feedback until it meets all your expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments.
Stage 3 – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and finishing touches
At the point of the desktop and mobile site being approved, Bridge Digital UK will add all on-site SEO data, including meta titles, meta descriptions, defining H1-H5 header tags, adding alt text to images and ensuring agreed keywords are present in the site content.
Stage 4 – Handover and support
The site can now be published and connected to the domain. The process to request Google to Index the website will be performed and a handover video call will be scheduled to ensure you are setup to manage the website moving forward. After this meeting, a one month support term will commence to cover additional amendments.

Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.

Next Steps and Terms

If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

Before the start date: 50% of deposit refunded

After the start date: deposit non-refundable

If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%
