Website Development
Hi Gail, It was a pleasure to meet with you today and discuss the development plans for the HR in Travel website. Your designer has done a great job creating the initial site and I would really enjoy collaborating and applying my knowledge of the WIX platform to enable all the functionality of the proposed online community. Proposed Services
• Developing a Members Area, to include a custom filterable Member Directory, WIX Groups for building a community, member chat. • Online payment/subscriptions setup for annual/monthly membership and all associated automated emails. Various tiered membership levels can be created with individual permissions to site areas and set discounts for events setup through WIX Events. • All additional functionality optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet. • Design and build to your specification, only complete when both parties are fully satisfied. • A full handover to cover all aspects of maintaining the community aspects of the website. • One-month full support for questions, amendments and developments.
Project Cost
£560 (I am not currently VAT registered) Bridge Digital will always be flexible in terms of scope and will aim to support with other aspects of the website development that undoubtedly arise during the process of building the site.
Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)
For reference only: From Year 2: Hosting (paid direct to WIX) - £120 (inc VAT) per year, as of Apr25 Domain name (paid direct to domain name host) - ~£25 (inc VAT) per year
Proposed Timeline
Proposed Start date: 5th May 2025 Stage 1 – Website Development On provision of the relevant content, Bridge Digital will schedule a two week period starting from the 5th May to develop and integrate the community features and integrate with the current site, optimised for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site will be shared for review and feedback. Stage 2– Amendments We will work together to develop the site and functionality based on your feedback until it meets all your expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments. Stage 3 – Handover and support A handover video call will be scheduled to ensure you are setup to manage all the new aspects of the website moving forward. After this meeting, a one month support term will commence to cover additional amendments.

Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.

Next Steps and Terms

If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

Before the start date: 50% of deposit refunded

After the start date: deposit non-refundable

If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%
