Hi Nige,
Thank you for your time on Monday. I have been researching options to meet the specification we discussed and have put together the proposal below that I am confident will meet your requirements and also provide scope for potential development in the future.
I have looked into https://www.vitamojo.com/ a platform that some of the sites we discussed are utilising and can see this is a system that encompasses online orders and in-store self-ordering. If this is something that is of interest, it may be worth booking a demo on their website, as prices are quite hidden, but it could serve you well if you plan to expand to ordering and in-store pickup, etc in the future. I would be happy to support with any advice and independent opinion if this was of use in a scheduled demo. I will always provide impartial, honest advice if this involves working with me or if we find a more suitable alternative solution.

Project Cost
£1,570, I am not currently VAT registered.
Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)
From Year 2:
Hosting – circa £120 from year two (paid direct to WIX, prices are set by WIX and may increase).
Domain name – circa £20 annually (paid direct to your domain host).
Proposed Timeline
Proposed Start date: 19th January 2026
Stage 1 – Website Design and Build with Ordering Functionality
Utilising your current logo and branding, and written content, as well as photographs to support the menu, Bridge Digital UK will schedule a two-week period starting from the 19th January to design and build a fully functioning version of the website, optimised for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site will be shared for review and feedback.
Stage 2– Amendments
We will work together to develop the site based on your feedback until it meets all your expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments.
Stage 3 – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and finishing touches
At the point of the desktop and mobile site being approved, Bridge Digital UK will add all on-site SEO data, including meta titles, meta descriptions, defining H1-H5 header tags, adding alt text to images and ensuring agreed keywords are present in the site content.
Stage 4 – Handover and support
The site can now be published and connected to the domain. The process to request Google to Index the website will be performed, and a handover video call will be scheduled to ensure you are set up to manage the website moving forward. After this meeting, a one-month support term will commence to cover additional amendments.

If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.
