NAMPS

Website Design

It was a pleasure to meet with you both and discuss the NAMPS website development in more detail. Please find to follow details of services and costs but if there are any areas I can clarify in more detail, reach out anytime. You will notice below that I offer a Pay as You Go support service. If you would prefer an ongoing maintenance contract, this can be provided at a cost of £120 per month and covers all maintenance and updates to the website and any associated systems (with email automation for example).

Proposed Services

•Design and build to your specification, only complete when both parties are fully satisfied. •Including a Members Area for file sharing and community development. •Online payment for annual membership and all associated automated emails. •Site optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet. •On-site SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) completed to support appearing in relevant internet searches. •1 year premium hosting (annual costs from year two are paid direct to WIX and are currently set at £120). •A Full handover to cover all aspects of maintaining the site. •One-month full support for questions, amendments and developments.

Project Cost

£1,800 (I am not currently VAT registered).

Annual Running Costs (from Year 2)

From Year 2: Hosting (paid direct to WIX) - £120 (inc VAT) per year, as of Jan25 Domain name (paid direct to domain name host) - ~£25 (inc VAT) per year

Proposed Timeline

Proposed Start date: 27th January 2025 Stage 1 – Website Design and Build Utilising the branding, assets and content from the current website, Bridge Digital UK will schedule a two week period starting from the 27th January to design and build a fully functioning version of the website, optimised for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The site will be shared for review and feedback. Stage 2– Amendments We will work together to develop the site based on your feedback until it meets all your expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments. Stage 3 – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and finishing touches At the point of the desktop and mobile site being approved, Bridge Digital UK will add all on-site SEO data, including meta titles, meta descriptions, defining H1-H5 header tags, adding alt text to images and ensuring agreed keywords are present in the site content. Stage 4 – Handover and support The site can now be published and connected to the domain. The process to request Google to Index the website will be performed and a handover video call will be scheduled to ensure you are setup to manage the website moving forward. After this meeting, a one month support term will commence to cover additional amendments.

Future Website Support

Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.
You may opt for:

  • Pay-as-you-go support, charged at an hourly rate with capped pricing for peace of mind.

  • Pre-agreed blocks of support hours or fixed-term support plans.

Next Steps and Terms

  • If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Before the start date: 50% of deposit refunded

    • After the start date: deposit non-refundable

    • If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%

  • Final balance due on project handover.
