• A full redesign to your specification, only complete when both parties are fully satisfied.
• Utilising current branding, any newly provided content and inspiration from any identified websites.
• Site optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet.
• On-site SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) completed to support appearing in relevant internet searches (if required).
• A Full handover to cover all aspects of maintaining the site.
• One-month full support for questions, amendments and developments.

Proposed Timeline
Proposed Start date: 11th August 2025
Stage 1 – Website Redesign and Build
Bridge Digital UK will schedule a two-week period starting from 11th August to redesign the website. The redesign, optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile devices, will be shared for review and feedback.
Stage 2 – Amendments
We will work together to develop the site based on your feedback until it meets all expectations and requirements. There is no limit to amendments.
Stage 3 – Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Finishing Touches
Once the desktop and mobile site is approved, Bridge Digital UK will review and, if required, add all on-site SEO data. This includes meta titles, meta descriptions, defining H1–H5 header tags, and adding alt text to images.
Stage 4 – Handover and Support
A one-month support term will commence to cover any additional amendments.
Future Website Support
Bridge Digital UK offers flexible support options to build long-term partnerships.
You may opt for:

Pay-as-you-go support, charged at an hourly rate with capped pricing for peace of mind.

Pre-agreed blocks of support hours or fixed-term support plans.

If you are ready to proceed, please sign and return this proposal. A 50% deposit invoice will then be issued to confirm the project booking.

Before the start date: 50% of deposit refunded

After the start date: deposit non-refundable

If cancelled by Bridge Digital UK at any stage: full deposit refunded + 10%
